Well…

…Today was pretty horrible, nutrition-wise.  But that’s generally what happens when you go to impromptu family get-togethers in which pizza is the main dish.  So yeah, sucks.

BUTTTTTTT!!!  I did go shopping with my mom today and got a FUCK ton of fruits and veggies.  So that’s super exciting!

Tomorrow is another day.  :)

Weigh In — Day 1

Welllllll…the only positive thing about my current, starting weight…is the fact that it’s not the highest I’ve ever been.  But it’s still close, so yeah.  Shit sucks.

Good Morning…?

I reallyyyy hate it when I can’t fall back asleep in the morning. I have no legitimate reason to be awake. My alarm is set for over three hours from now.

Body…SHUT OFF!!!

Plus, when I get out of bed, that means I have to constantly worry about not eating bad foods.

Let’s Gooooo!!!

Alrighty!  I just got back from vacation, I’m done with school (for the time being), and I finally have a job for the summer.  Life is settling down, so it’s time to kick my ass into gear!

Tomorrow starts my new journey:  my journey of losing weight, becoming healthy, focusing on myself, and ultimately becoming the best version of myself that I can possibly be.

This is going to be hard, there’s no doubting that.  I’ve lost weight before and I’ve gained it all back so I know what this yo-yo is like…and I’m sick of it!  I’m ready to feel beautiful, ready to love the way I look and ready to feel great in my clothes (and more importantly, my own skin)!

I’m ready this time…for real!  I have my reasons and I have my goals.  It’s time to start accomplishing things!

Tomorrow morning, I’ll weigh in…and probably cry…but that’s the first step in starting this journey!
